Jacob De La Rosa

At just 17 years old, Jacob De La Rosa is quickly establishing himself as one of the most promising young artists in the Tex-Mex music scene. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Jacob honors his cultural roots while infusing a new generation of sound—blending the heartfelt traditions of Tex-Mex “Tejano” with modern musical influences to create a style that is both timeless and fresh.

His natural talent and dedication have already led to standout opportunities, including opening for Latin music performer Larry Hernandez and performing alongside Regional Mexican superstar and President of Up Above Entertainment Latin Division, David Olivarez. These early milestones have positioned Jacob as a rising force in the genre. Jacob performed at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo World Championship Barbecue Cook-Off with more than 240,000 in attendance.

In 2025, Jacob signed with Up Above Entertainment, a key partnership aimed at amplifying his reach and elevating his artistry on a national scale. He is currently in the studio preparing to release new music.
